I'm learning to look at the future and see something bright and happier. I'm learning that this losing weight business is a slow one, but I'm not bummed, just happy I get to become a healthier me. I'm learning that tea is awesome and I can drink as much as I want :) I'm learning that life is happy and you just have to work hard and do that best you can each day. I'm learning that I may not be where I want to be right now, and life gets me down more often than not, but I'll get there. I'm learning that my mind set is changing and I'll be a better person because of this.
This week is the beginning of a healthier and amazing future for me & I can't wait :-)

The beginning
A couple days ago I woke up hating myself... for how much weight I've put on in the last year, how it seems I will never find a job, how I have nothing to do yet my room stays messy and so many more. This morning I woke up and said "Fuck it". Why live life hating everything I do? Why constantly hate who I am without changing? This isn't who I am anymore.. and to be honest I don't remember what it feels like to be me. I want to stop hating everything. I want to be happy being me again.
This morning I woke up with a whole new vision on life. I wanted to set goals and actually accomplish them. I want to feel inspired and free again... so i set three goals for myself:
I went out and got an elliptical, a very awesome machine, and bought tea.. and here is where my journey begins. Which is why I decided to create a blog and maybe writing things down will inspire me more. or at least keep me preoccupied and away from fatty snack foods. hah.
